Role Summary
As a Design Intern with Tictag, you’ll get to immerse yourself in one of today’s most transformative fields, and play a part in communicating AI solution offerings through your work.
This internship is designed for someone eager to gain hands-on experience and build their portfolio while learning alongside a dynamic team.
Job Description
- Create and design print and digital materials
- Create and design icons and logos
- Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
- Retouch and manipulate images
- Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Technical teams to develop design concepts to enhance product and company proposition
- Interpret feedback and direction from various stakeholders and translate into illustrative storytelling
- Assemble final presentation material or various collaterals for printing as needed
- Website design - design and curate on-brand artwork for the company website to ensure a cohesive design approach across web elements.
- Content and collateral creation - work with Marketing Manager to create visual content including image editing, illustrations, infographics and print designs to communicate the company’s offerings and value propositions
- Maintain a consistent visual style that aligns with company brand identity, and further develop it
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design or a related field, and familiar with designing for websites, social media, emails
- Proficiency in design software. Must be able to use Figma and Canva. Needs to use other relevant tools like Photoshop and Illustrator to create vector files
- Basic understanding of web design principles and image optimisation for websites
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and colour
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including web assets, illustrations, and marketing materials
- Commitment: You’re available to work at least 3 days a week for a minimum of 6 months. Stronger preference is given to those who are able to commit through the full work week. Successful interns will have the opportunity to be considered for a permanent position.
